Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges or returns.

We understand your satisfaction is of paramount importance, and we are committed to providing the best experience and customer service.  We are happy to assist you in making informed choices.  We encourage you to carefully review the ingredients lists to ensure you are not allergic to any of the contents prior to ordering. 

You are encouraged to perform a patch test of any new product being added to your skincare.  If you experience any reactions, please discontinue use for at least a week before performing another patch test and trying to use the product again.

In the summer months, there is the potential of our tallow-based products arriving in a softened or melted state.  The quality of the product will remain intact even if the consistency that it arrived in was different than expected. If your product arrives in a melted or liquid state, please set it upright in a cool room or refrigerator until it solidifies.  

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible upon receipt of order.  We will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.  contact@onepurelife.com
